He was very friendly and extremely efficient. He worked fast but still answered all my questions and explained what he was doing and why. When he was done replacing the spring and adjusting the tension he told me how I can do my own periodic checks. He also found a place where the original install was incorrect and he fixed that. Before the service I figured I would be replacing the door soon; now, it still looks old but sounds like a new door. Completely satisfied.
