Yes! We can replace your old or damaged garage doors. We also can install garage doors on your new construction project or remodel.
You should have your garage door serviced once a year. You should also check the balance of your door once a month.
There are multiple reasons your door may not be opening:
The two most common reasons for this are either the sensors are out of alignment or damaged, or your settings on the operator are out of adjustment.
Check that your sensors are both on and aligned. Follow your owners manual for your operator to check the open/close settings are set properly and adjust if needed.

Here are the most common spring systems for a garage door and how to tell the difference:
Torsion springs have a standard life expectancy of 10,000 cycles. On average if you open and close your door 4 times a day (4 cycles) that would net you a between 6-7 years of use.

YES! On a two spring system, you should always replace both springs.
Yes, we can get a higher cycle spring setup for your door. This is beneficial if you are using your garage door multiple times a day as a primary entrance into and out of your home. Sometimes this will require an extra trip to a supplier to get a different set of springs for your door.

We install and recommend operators manufactured from LiftMaster, and Linear.
Most new operators offered today have vehicle Home-Link comparability. You will have to follow your vehicle manufactures instructions to set the programming.
This depends on the age and use of the operator, and what is failing on it. Sometimes repairing an old operator can be as expensive as simply replacing it with a new unit.
Check the battery first. If you have a good battery, check that the buttons on the remote aren’t getting stuck. Follow the manufacturer instructions to reset the programming. Remotes can be fragile. If they have been dropped or damaged, they may need to be replaced.
Check the battery in the keypad first. If you have a good battery, try following the instructions on the underside of the lid to reset the programming.

There are a few different things that may be happening with the sensors:
